NASCAR Hall of Fame member car owner  the late Raymond Parks of Atlanta.  His car prepared by Red Vogt and driven by Red Byron won the first NASCAR Championship. This restored Ford Coupe #22 is representative of the car built by legendary mechanic Red Vogt driven by Red Byron and owned by Raymond Parks of Atlanta. It won the first NASCAR Modified Championship in 1948.
